Filters

When viewing the results in the Reports tab, it is possible for you to segment the report in order to take a closer look at the results collected and better understand what they mean for your survey respondents.

You will find the Filters button on the left-hand side of the reports page.

Response Filter

The response filter will allow you to filter the report based on question responses in the survey. Find the page the question is on, on the left and select the answers options you would like the report to be filtered by. In the example below, the report is being filtered by respondents who selected 10 and 9 on the NPS question.

Campaign Filter

If you have sent your survey out via multiple means, you will be able to filter the report by the different types of campaigns such as onsite, campaign link, emails etc.

Date Filter

This allows you to filter the report by dates.

Once you hit save, the entire report will be filtered and you will only see the responses given by respondents who answered the selections you made.

For a post-event survey, the first question we would recommend using Filters on would be the Net Promoter Score question, filtering on your Promoters, Passives and Detractors to better understand these audience groups.
