List of Explori mergefields

Explori has the ability to support a number of different mergefields into survey questions, answer options, survey text and invite emails which will allow content to be dynamically added where used.

The format for these mergefields, and where they are able to be added is as follows:

[eventname] (survey questions, answer options, survey text and emails)

This will populate the name of the event, taken from the name of the Product associated with the survey.

[eventdates] (survey questions, answer options, survey text and emails)

Where this mergefield is used, it will insert the event dates for the survey - if the event is only one day, it will only publish that one day (so it won't read 28 Jan 2020 - 28 Jan 2020). Note that is mergefield will not work for general surveys, which do not have event dates associated with them.

[eventyear] (survey questions, answer options, survey text and emails)

Where this mergefield is used, it will insert the year given from the start data of the event. Note that is mergefield will not work for general surveys, which do not have event dates associated with them.

[eventnext] (survey questions, answer options, survey text and emails)

This is the mergefield used to add in "next year" or "next time" to the Likelihood of Return question, depending on if the event takes place on an annual basis, or a different cycle.

[eventcity] (survey questions, answer options and survey text)

This will populate the name of the city in which the event takes place - this can be edited by changing the venue via the Settings tab. Note that is mergefield will not work for general surveys, which do not have event venues associated with them.

[eventvenue] (survey questions, answer options, survey text and emails)
