How to use quick filters in the survey reports

This article will show you how to utilise the quick filters available on the reporting page, enabling you to refine survey reports by the answer options and open-ended comments available.

This feature is useful in enabling you to efficiently filter through the reports, helping you to locate specific information to support you with your post-event analysis.

How to use the filters

On the reporting page, click on the ‘Filters’ dropdown and select ‘Quick Filter’.

This will update the report so that a tick box appears beside every answer option in the report.  Tick each answer option you would like to filter the report by and select ‘Apply Filters’.

The entire report will update based on the filters you have applied.

You can also filter by open ended comments, allowing you to view the report based on specific feedback.

To add to your filters, click on ‘Add / edit filters’. If you wish to remove any applied filters, simply select ‘Clear filters’, and your report will revert to the default view.

Once you have applied your filters, you can also download reports based on the filters provided by exporting options.
