Release notes - 26 August 2026

Version – 4.15.0 Release Date: 26/08/2026 Release Type: New features, Improvements and Bug fixes

New Features

Benchmarking and Comparisons

  • Benchmark & Comparison UI – A new modal makes it easier to select and apply the most relevant benchmarks and comparisons directly within reports, dashboards, and the data explorer.
  • Global Explori Benchmark – Our flagship benchmark, previously labelled "Industry Benchmark", has been renamed to the Global Explori Benchmark. This is a clarity update only — the underlying benchmark, its methodology, and the data behind it are unchanged. It remains the default baseline, filtered by event type and respondent type, and is designed to be the most broadly applicable benchmark across event formats and audiences.
  • Regional Benchmarks – You can now compare your event against a peer set across a geographically and culturally aligned region. Available regions include:
    • Europe
    • North America
    • Asia Pacific
    • Middle East and North Africa.
  • Country Benchmarks – You can now compare your event against a peer set in the same country as your venue. Available countries include:
    • United Kingdom
    • United States
    • United Arab Emirates
    • Italy

NOTE: Benchmarks are only published when the underlying dataset is large enough to be statistically robust. If a country or regional benchmark is not available for your event, it means Explori does not yet have sufficient data to publish a credible benchmark for that subset — the Global Explori Benchmark and year-on-year comparisons remain available in all cases.

Improvements

  • PowerPoint Export – The PowerPoint export format available via reports has been updated to the new Explori presentation style.

  • AI Survey Summaries – Increased the manual regeneration limit for AI survey summaries to 3 refreshes per day, per survey.

  • AI Open-Text Coding – Increased the manual regeneration limit (after survey close) for AI open-text coding to 3 refreshes per day, per question, per survey.

  • Chart Colours – Updated chart colours across reports, dashboards, and exports for a refreshed and consistent visual experience.

  • Test Responses in completion statistics – When test responses are enabled, they are now clearly displayed within the completion statistics on the reports page.

Bug Fixes

  • Editing company questions in template surveys – Fixed an issue where company questions originally created in a template would silently convert to product-level questions after editing, causing copies from the template to no longer reference the original company question.

Note: where this has already occurred, affected questions may need to be removed and re-added to correctly register as a company question

  • Dashboard Filters – Fixed a bug affecting multi-choice text filters on dashboards.
  • Total validation for slider questions - Fixed a bug where some user types were not able to select configure sliders to ignore total validation
  • Open-text responses in PDF exports - Fixed issue with only first five open-text responses rendering in PDF exports from reports

Deprecations

  • Legacy Advanced Presentation UI – The legacy advanced presentation UI has been removed as of 26 August 2026.
