Improvements
- Time to fetch data improvements - Removal of various front-end libraries to optimise speed and performance of data being fetched for survey reports and dashboards
- Logic readability - Optimisation to the display and clarity of language around page, question and answer logic, routing, inheritance and mapping
- Tooltips - Added tooltips and guidance for many features in the platform
- Email optouts – Added a landing page for optouts to present respondent with option to opt-out of all Explori surveys and prevent unintended / automatic email opt-outs
- Locking and unlocking pages and questions – Master users can now lock and unlock pages and questions to prevent unintended edits and changes to wording, logic, placement and structure where consistency and standardisation are paramount
- Robust and optimised data processing – Transitioned some backend functionality to lighter frameworks to improve security and performance across the platform
Bug Fixes
- URL variable data not caching - Fixed issue with URL variable questions not caching variable data from the url if survey respondent refreshes survey page in the middle of response
Deprecations & Removals
- Legacy dashboards - Hardcoded survey level dashboards will be removed on Wednesday 4th June, with this being replaced with flexible new dashboards.
- Removal of legacy code structure – Continued removal of deprecated software infrastructure in our backend. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the reliability, security and performance of our software in keeping with modern standards
