Release notes - 2 March 2026

AI Survey Results Summary (Executive + Per-Question Commentary) - Reports now generate an AI-powered Executive Summary and per-question commentary once sufficient responses are received (minimum 10). Summaries are grounded strictly in survey data and update based on defined response thresholds.
- Intelligent Summary Regeneration & Caching - AI summaries are cached for consistency and performance. Automatic regeneration occurs only when meaningful data changes are detected (e.g., 10+ additional responses during fieldwork or survey closure), helping ensure summaries remain stable and predictable.
- Manual Regeneration Controls (Permission-Based) - Eligible users (Product, Portfolio, Division, Master) can manually regenerate summaries from the Reports page. Report and Director users can view summaries but cannot trigger regeneration.
- Rate-Limited AI Processing - Summary generation is rate-limited (report open, manual refresh, and survey closure triggers) to ensure consistent performance and controlled AI usage.
AI Model Configuration - AI summaries are generated using a low-temperature configuration to prioritise factual accuracy and minimise creative inference.
Secure & Anonymised Data Processing - Only aggregated, anonymised survey results and metadata are processed. Open-text responses are excluded

Note: The AI assistant is not available to surveys with an Explori Lite license.

Suppress PII from raw data exports - Default behaviour for raw data exports now exclude predictable columns containing personally identifiable information e.g. emailAddress, firstName, lastName, companyName etc...
Venue support - Standalone industry, products and respondent types specifically for venues
Clarity for license type selection - For accounts with Explori Pro and Lite licenses, some clarifying wording has been added to the license type selection modal
Filter surveys page by product type - Surveys page can now be filtered by product type e.g. Trade, Conference etc...

Company questions not appearing for general surveys - Questions configured to be accessible to general surveys failed to appear when navigating the question library in survey builder
Movement of locked question bypasses locking - Locked questions
