New Features

NPS question type

New way to create NPS questions - A dedicated question type to enable users to create custom questions using conventional Net Promoter Score format.
Fixed format - Using this question type enforces a fixed 0–10 scale with custom NPS styling seen by the respondent, and ensures both the average score (0–10) and NPS score (−100 to +100) are visible in reports.

NOTE: Using this question type should be for custom NPS questions only and will not benchmark globally. If you need benchmarks, Explori's standardised Net Promoter Score questions, found in the question library are available and ready to use.

Exclusion filtering

"Is Not One Of" Report Filters – Report filters now support "is not one of" logic, allowing you to filter responses by excluding specific answer options. For example, filter to respondents who are not based in the UK, who are not Promoters, or who do not hold a specific objective. This applies across radio, single button, and text-based question types.

Improvements

German System Translations – System-level interface translations for German have been updated and improved.
Email Distribution Warning – A warning message has been added in the Distribution tab for general (non-benchmarking) surveys to make email distribution limitations clearer before sending.
In-App Notifications – Success, error, and warning notifications are now more visually prominent and will remain fixed on screen for significant issues, reducing the risk of users missing important alerts.
Template Creation Restrictions – Templates can now only be created for product types that exist within an account, preventing templates from being set up for incompatible product types.

Bug Fixes

Homepage and Survey List Navigation – Resolved an issue causing inconsistent navigation behaviour when selecting surveys from the homepage or survey list.
AI Report Summaries at Closure – Fixed an issue where AI report summaries were not generated at the point of survey closure when no summary had previously been created.
Raw Data CSV Export – Fixed an issue where text box list question answer options failed to export in the raw data CSV when those options were inherited from a parent question.
Translation View – Text block question types were missing from the translation view, causing their translations to be overlooked. These are now included.
Grid Response Validation – Grids with non-exclusive options were not correctly applying response validation, allowing some respondents to submit mandatory questions without providing answers. This has been resolved.
Onsite/Offline Survey Console – Fixed an issue where the survey console was incorrectly displaying response counts for dropped and screened respondents.

Deprecations

Legacy AI Fixed Coding – Support for legacy AI fixed coding has been fully removed. This feature is no longer available in the platform.
