Improvements

Survey status terminology

• Survey status terminology – We've standardised the language used to describe survey status across the platform to remove ambiguity. Surveys are now consistently described as Live (actively collecting responses), Draft (in development, no live responses yet), or Closed (finished collecting responses). This replaces inconsistent use of terms such as "Active", "Open", and "In-field".
• Survey status actions – Added clearer descriptions and call-to-action buttons throughout the platform to guide users through moving a survey from Draft to Live to Closed.
• Homepage navigation – Updated the homepage to make it easier to find and navigate to surveys by status.
• Survey settings page – Overhauled the survey settings page layout to surface the most frequently used actions higher up the page.

Reporting and Dashboards

• Dashboard widgets – Added blank states for dashboard widgets that are incompatible with the active filters, so it's clear when a widget has no data to display rather than appearing broken.
• Custom benchmark colours – Updated the colours used for Explori custom benchmarks in dashboards and reports for improved visual clarity.

Bug Fixes

• Priority questions – Fixed an issue where priority question scores were not rounding to 2 decimal places in reports.
• Campaign filters – Resolved an issue where campaign filters were not applying correctly on reports.
