Manage templates

Standalone management of survey templates - Survey templates can now be edited and managed independently of live surveys via the 'Manage Templates" tab.

- This feature is accessible to all users with 'Master User' access to your company account. All existing templates have been migrated and are now listed under Manage Templates.

Survey translations

Side-by-side editing of survey languages - Ensures every element is translated consistently, preserving intent and tone. Translate questions and text in parallel columns at the question level or for the whole survey.

Easily add AI categorisation for verbatim comments - You’ll now be prompted to include Explori’s AI categorisation tool when adding NPS follow-up or Improvement questions, allowing you to enable this AI functionality with a single click
Sample sizes available on data tables - Total sample size is now available on data tables for single choice and multi choice questions
Quick filters - Added ability to apply filters by clicking on answer options and open-end comments directly in the reporting page
PDF exports incl. open text responses - Reintroduced the ability to export survey results, including open text responses via PDF

Data not displaying in reports when double inheriting - Resolved an issue where report tables showed blank data when a question inherited options from a child question that itself inherited options.
Adjusting the survey close date - Fixed issue with the survey closing unexpectedly when adjusting the survey closing date

Disable question mapping for inheriting questions - You can no longer apply response mapping to a question that already uses inheriting logic. This prevents data loss and unexpected behaviour.

Email templates – Create and manage email templates for use with Explori’s email distribution tool
Survey template availability - Templates can be created and made available to any combination of your division and portfolio structure and you can easily view which templates are currently live and accessible to your team.
