How to navigate the Explori Homepage

This article will take you through the Explori Menu options and what each of them do

Home

This button will navigate you back to the home page. From the home page, you can view your active, in development surveys and closed surveys, create a new survey on the left, visit the Knowledge Base or contact support. You can also contact us through the live chat using the button in the bottom right corner.

Surveys

This option will take you to the survey page where you can view all of the surveys that you have access to on the platform. On the left, you can filter for different events by Event, Year, Status, Survey type and Respondent type. You can also create new surveys from this page.

Dashboards

This will take you to the Explori Dashboards where you can visualise your survey results. We have views set up where you can look at your performance at Company level, Portfolio level and Event level. You can also create your own dashboards, customised to suit your needs. 

Data Explorer

The Data Explorer allows you to generate reports from the data stored within the platform, allowing you to summarise key information, including the KPIs, and compare results across your company as well as the industry. 

Manage Events

Here you can view all of the different events and portfolios you have access to on the platform. On the left, you can filter by portfolio and event time. You can also make any amendments to your events/portfolios and navigate to individual survey reports/dashboards.

Manage Questions

This is where your Company Level questions can be managed from creating/amending questions to updating your Mandatory question list. 

Manage Users

You can create new accounts for users here. Anyone with access can create an account for a user with the same level access or lower. Only Master users can create an account with all access.
